COLOMBO, Dec. 26 -- Sri Lankan Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya visited the Chinese naval hospital ship Peace Ark and the Chinese medical staff onboard on December 24, local time.
科伦坡12月26日电 当地时间24日，斯里兰卡总理阿马拉苏里亚登上中国海军和平方舟医院船参观，并看望中方医护人员。
A lot of local patients came for treatment that day. Amarasuriya had cordial conversations with the patients. In the traditional Chinese medicine room, Amarasuriya learned about traditional Chinese medicine and highly praised its extensive and profound culture.
当天前来就诊的患者络绎不绝，阿马拉苏里亚与前来就诊的患者亲切交流。在中医诊室，阿马拉苏里亚详细了解了中医药养生知识，赞扬中医文化的博大精深。
Then Amarasuriya held a meeting with the Chinese military doctors on the hospital ship. She expressed her deep impression of the excellent facilities onboard the hospital ship as well as the meticulous diagnosis and treatment, and the outstanding skills of the Chinese medical staff. "This visit of the hospital ship has enhanced the mutual understanding between our two sides. On behalf of the Sri Lankan government and people, I would like to thank the Peace Ark for its visit to Sri Lanka," said Amarasuriya.
随后，阿马拉苏里亚来到医院船会议室参加座谈。她表示，医院船完善的设施、医护人员精心的诊疗和高超的技术，给自己留下深刻印象。“这次访问加强了双方的相互了解，我代表斯里兰卡政府和人民，感谢‘和平方舟’的到来。”阿马拉苏里亚说道。
