Zhang Qinsheng urges support for reconstruction of post-disaster Zhouqu
　　Zhang Qinsheng, deputy head of the State Council’s guiding and coordinating group of Zhouqu rescue and relief operations and deputy chief of general staff of the PLA, indicated that the troops faced arduous tasks ahead though success in the phasal sense had been achieved in the rescue and relief work at Zhouqu. All troops should unswervingly implement the decisions and directives of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council, the Central Military Commission and President Hu Jintao and create conditions to support the reconstruction of post-disaster Zhouqu in light of requirements made by Premier Wen Jiabao during his second inspection tour to the disaster-hit area.[more]
