BEIJING, Oct. 23 -- According to the notice released by China’s Tangshan Maritime Safety Administration on October 22, military exercises will be conducted in waters of the Bohai Strait from October 23 to November 10, 2020.

On the same day, China’s Dalian Maritime Safety Administration also posted a notice reading that there will be military exercises in waters of the Bohai Strait and the north Yellow Sea from October 23 to 30.
