A combined arms regiment assigned to PLA Xinjiang Military Command recently received a batch of third-generation Dongfeng Mengshi off-road tactical armored vehicles. The new-generation assault vehicles are mounted with weapons like heavy machine guns and grenade launchers. They are capable of maneuvering on plateau areas above 5,000 meters and can be used for rapid deployment, transport of troops and mobile assault.
