BEIJING, Sept. 1 -- On August 27, local time, the 11th Chinese Peacekeeping Infantry Battalion to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) accepted the 2025 third-quarter equipment inspection by the UNMISS. The inspection confirmed that all the equipment of the Chinese Peacekeeping Infantry Battalion met the standards prescribed by the UN.

北京9月1日电 当地时间27日，联合国驻南苏丹特派团对中国第十一批赴南苏丹（朱巴）维和步兵营进行第三季度装备核查。此次核查，维和步兵营所有装备均达到联合国规定标准。

The UN equipment inspection, as an important basis for measuring whether the equipment of the troop-contributing countries meets the requirements of peacekeeping missions, is an overall inspection of the capabilities and performance of the peacekeeping infantry battalion. It is directly related to the UN's appropriation reimbursement and overall evaluation of the troop-contributing countries.

联合国装备核查是衡量出兵国装备能否满足维和任务要求的重要依据，是对维和步兵营能力素质的全方位检验，直接关系到联合国对出兵国的经费补偿和总体评价。

The inspection team systematically evaluated the main equipment, environmental fire protection, medical aids, and other aspects of the peacekeeping infantry battalion. During the seven-hour inspection, the Chinese peacekeepers demonstrated their professional qualities in different ways, with every item meeting the standards prescribed by the UN.

核查组对维和步兵营主要装备、环境消防、医疗救护等方面进行系统评估。在7个小时的核查过程中，中国维和官兵针对不同核查项目，通过多种方式展现出专业的素质，所有项目均符合联合国标准。

Based on the characteristics of the mission area in South Sudan, the Chinese peacekeeping contingent established an equipment support system oriented toward authorized missions, orchestrating all the support tasks surrounding patrol and guard, armed escort, camp defense, and other core missions.

中国维和步兵营针对南苏丹任务区特点，构建了以授权任务为牵引的装备保障体系，一切保障工作都围绕巡逻警戒、武装护卫、营区防卫等核心任务展开。
