BEIJING, Sept. 19 -- On the afternoon of Sept. 18, the 12th Beijing Xiangshan Forum entered into parallel discussion stage. At the panel of "The Current Situation and Future of Arms Control", the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons and the impact of emerging technology, artificial intelligence (AI) in particular, to arms control, have dominated the discussion among experts.
