On the afternoon of December 30, 2025, the army troops assigned to the Chinese PLA Eastern Theater Command, in coordination with troops from the navy, air force, and rocket force, conducted long-range live-fire joint fire strikes in the waters to the south of Taiwan Island and achieved desired effects.
