BEIJING, March 23 -- The 6th Chinese Peacekeeping Helicopter Contingent to Abyei successfully completed an air transport mission supporting the withdrawal of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) from its bases in Tishwin and Abu Qussa on March 20, 2026.

北京3月23日电 当地时间3月20日，中国第6批赴阿卜耶伊维和直升机分队圆满完成联阿安全部队提士汶、阿布库萨驻点部队回撤空中运输任务。

The 20-day mission primarily assisted the Bangladeshi peacekeeping infantry battalion in withdrawing its troops. The Chinese peacekeeping contingent precisely planned flight routes and handled transport tempo to airlift personnel, equipment, and supplies, providing solid air support for peace and stability in the mission area as well as for UN peacekeeping operations.

此次任务历时20天，重点协助孟加拉国步兵营实施兵力回撤。分队官兵精准把控飞行航线与运输节奏，完成人员、装备与物资空中转运，为任务区和平稳定与联合国维和行动提供坚实空中保障。
