The newly commissioned Type 055 guided-missile destroyers Anqing (Hull 110) and Dongguan (Hull 109) recently formed a task group for the first time and sailed to a sea area to conduct live-fire training.

新入列的万吨大驱安庆舰、东莞舰近日首次组成编队奔赴某海域，开展实弹射击训练。

The training focused on air defense operations and close-range counterfire, effectively testing the vessels’ combat effectiveness and the crew’s tactical proficiency, and enhancing the task group’s coordinated response capability.

训练围绕防空反导、近距火力反击等科目，有效检验舰艇作战效能和官兵技战术水平，提升编队协同处置能力。
