BEIJING, July 13 -- On July 13, 2026, continuous rainfall during the rainy season caused severe damage to the dirt roads in the Abyei mission area, completely cutting off the local land transportation. As a result, four remote outposts of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) faced an urgent shortage of supplies. After receiving instructions from the UNISFA aviation department, the 6th Chinese Peacekeeping Military Utility Helicopter Unit to UNISFA dispatched two transport helicopters in succession to deliver supplies to outposts deep in the wilderness, opening an aerial supply route for friendly forces on the frontline.

北京7月13日电 当地时间7月13日，受雨季持续降雨影响，阿卜耶伊任务区土路塌陷损毁严重，陆路运输完全受阻，联合国阿卜耶伊临时安全部队（联阿安全部队）4处偏远前沿任务点物资供应告急。接到联阿安全部队航空部门指令后，中国第6批赴阿卜耶伊维和直升机分队先后派出两架运输直升机，依次奔赴荒原深处哨位，开展给养投送，为一线友军打通空中补给通道。
