Recently, the Philippines has once again hyped up the so-called South China Sea "arbitral award" in an attempt to smear China.

近期，菲律宾再度炒作所谓“南海仲裁案裁决”，企图污蔑抹黑中国。

On July 12, the Philippines even rallied 13 countries — including the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom — to issue a so-called joint statement on the 10th anniversary of the South China Sea arbitral award.

7月12日，菲律宾更是拉拢美国、澳大利亚、加拿大、日本、德国、意大利、英国等13个国家发表所谓“纪念南海仲裁案裁决”十年联合声明。

Lies repeated a thousand times are still lies. And illegality will not become legality with the passage of time.

谎言重复千百次，依然是谎言。非法之事也不会因时间流逝而变得合法。

The decade-long farce must come to an end. The so-called South China Sea arbitral award is illegal, null and void — nothing but a worthless piece of paper. No amount of hype by the Philippines can change that fact.

十年闹剧可休矣！“南海仲裁案裁决”非法、无效，就是废纸一张。无论菲律宾如何炒作，都改变不了这一事实。

China's territorial sovereignty and maritime rights and interests in the South China Sea are firmly grounded in history and international law, and shall under no circumstances be affected by the illegal arbitral award.

中国在南海的领土主权和海洋权益，有充分的历史和法理依据，在任何情况下都不受非法裁决影响。

Peace and stability in the South China Sea serve the fundamental interests of all regional countries. China has remained committed to resolving disputes peacefully through dialogue and consultation with the countries directly concerned. Hyping up the illegal arbitral award and soliciting external forces to create confrontation will not bring any maritime rights or interests. Such actions will only backfire on the Philippines itself.

南海和平稳定符合所有域内国家根本利益。中方始终致力于同其他当事国通过谈判和平解决争议。靠炒作非法裁决、拉拢外部势力制造对抗，换不来任何海洋权益，只会反噬自身。
