MUARA PORT, Brunei, July 28 -- On Tuesday morning, the Chinese PLA Navy's 83rd task force, comprising the training ship Qijiguang (Hull 83) and amphibious dock landing ship Kunlunshan (Hull 998) concluded its four-day goodwill visit to Brunei, and set sail from the Muara Port to continue its open-sea training and overseas visit mission.

文莱摩拉港7月28日电 今天上午，海军83舰编队圆满完成对文莱为期4天的友好访问,从文莱摩拉港码头起航，继续执行远海综合实习访问任务。

After departing the port, the task force conducted a joint training exercise with the Bruneian naval vessels.

离港后，编队与文莱海军舰艇举行了联合训练。

During the visit, the commander of the task force paid a courtesy call on Captain Sonny Iskandar, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy Fleet. The Chinese sailors toured the Bruneian naval training center and military museum, and took part in a variety of activities with their Bruneian counterparts, including symposiums, friendly sports matches, and public performances. During the port call, the task force also organized multiple ship-open events.

访问期间，编队指挥员拜会了文莱海军舰队司令桑尼·伊斯坎达尔上校。出访官兵参观了文海军训练中心、军事博物馆，与文海军官兵代表进行了座谈交流、体育友谊赛及公益巡演等丰富多彩的活动。靠泊期间，编队组织了多场舰艇开放活动。

On the evening of July 26, the task force, in conjunction with the Chinese Embassy in Brunei, held a deck reception to celebrate the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The Chinese sailors presented cultural performances such as hulusi (cucurbit flute) solos and Sichuan Opera face-changing, fully showcasing the charm of traditional Chinese culture.

7月26日晚间，编队联合中国驻文莱使馆举办庆祝中国人民解放军建军99周年甲板招待会，中方官兵献上葫芦丝演奏、川剧变脸等文艺节目，充分展现中国传统文化魅力。

This visit effectively deepened exchanges and cooperation between the Chinese and Bruneian navies, built a platform for young sailors from both countries to learn from each other, strengthened the bonds of friendship between the two militaries, and promoted the sustained improvement in quality and efficiency of bilateral maritime cooperation.

此次访问有效深化中文海军交流协作，为两国青年官兵搭建互学互鉴平台，拉紧两军友好情谊纽带，推动双方海上领域合作持续提质增效。
