VIENTIANE, Sept. 7 -- The Chinese medical service contingent participating in the China-Laos "Peace Train-2026" joint humanitarian medical rescue exercise arrived in Vientiane, capital of Laos, on September 6. It will conduct a 17-day joint exercise and some medical service activities with its counterpart from the Lao People's Army (LPA).

万象9月7日电 -- 当地时间9月6日，参加中老“和平列车-2026”人道主义医学救援联合演习的中方卫勤分队抵达老挝首都万象，将与老挝人民军卫勤分队展开为期17天的联合演习与医疗服务活动。

The 150-member Chinese contingent participating in the exercise consists mainly of personnel from the Chinese PLA Army Medical University, with additional members drawn from the Chinese PLA Air Force, the Chinese PLA Joint Logistic Support Force, and other units.

参加此次演练的中方150人分队，以陆军军医大学为主体，联合空军、联勤保障部队等力量抽组而成。

Following the exercise, the medical service contingent will also head to Vientiane, Savannakhet, Champasak, and Attapeu provinces in Laos to provide medical services and give academic lectures.

演习结束后，医疗队还将赴万象市、沙湾拿吉省、占巴塞省、阿速坡省等地开展特色诊疗、学术讲座等医疗服务活动。
