The Chinese People's Armed Police (PAP) Force Beijing Corps recently organized a military dog competition at a military training base in Beijing.

近日，武警北京总队在某训练基地组织军犬比武竞赛。

The competition focused on three core specialties—patrol, explosive detection, and search and rescue—and featured 12 events, including scent identification and search-and-apprehension in concealed areas.

赛事围绕巡逻、搜爆、搜救三大专业，设置气味鉴别、掩体搜捕等12项课目。

During the competition, various types of specialized military dogs were integrated into combat squads and cooperated with team members throughout the full-process drills.

比武中，多类专业军犬嵌入作战小队，与队员协同完成全流程演练。

The competition not only assessed the military dogs' explosive strength, olfactory acuity, and obedience, but also challenged the handlers' on-site command capabilities, effectively enhancing human-canine coordination in carrying out tasks.

此次比武既检验军犬的爆发力、嗅觉灵敏度和服从性，更考验训导员的现场指挥能力，有效提升人犬协同遂行任务能力。
