CHITTAGONG, Bangladesh, Sept. 18 -- The 48th Chinese naval escort task force arrived in Chittagong, Bangladesh on Sept. 17, 2026, starting a five-day goodwill visit.

吉大港9月18日电 当地时间9月17日，中国海军第48批护航编队抵达孟加拉国吉大港，开始对孟加拉国进行为期5天的友好访问。

Chinese naval ships Tangshan (Hull 122) and Daqing (Hull 576) berthed in Chittagong. More than 100 people, including representatives of the Bangladesh Navy, staff members of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, representatives of Chinese-funded institutions, and representatives of overseas Chinese nationals and ethnic Chinese, welcomed the task force at the pier.

海军唐山舰、大庆舰靠泊吉大港，孟加拉国海军官兵代表，中国驻孟加拉国大使馆工作人员、中资机构及华侨华人代表等100余人到码头迎接。

During the visit, the two sides will hold professional exchanges, ship tours, friendly cultural and sporting events, and deck receptions.

访问期间，双方将开展专业交流、舰艇参观、文体友谊赛、甲板招待会等活动。
