ABYEI, Sept. 30 -- The 6th Chinese Peacekeeping Helicopter Contingent to the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) successfully passed the UNISFA annual military capability assessment on September 28, 2026.

阿卜耶伊9月30日电 9月28日，中国第六批赴阿卜耶伊维和直升机分队顺利通过联合国阿卜耶伊临时安全部队年度军事能力全面评估。

Aligned with the complex situation in the Abyei mission area and tailored to the core functions of the helicopter contingent, the assessment covered key areas including the implementation of combat readiness system and flight mission, equipment maintenance, capacity building, emergency response, logistical support, and compliance in duty performance.

本次评估紧扣阿卜耶伊复杂动荡的任务区形势，贴合直升机分队核心职能，覆盖战备制度落实、飞行任务执行、装备维护保养、人员队伍建设、应急处突处置、后勤综合保障、涉外合规履职等关键领域。

Moving forward, the contingent will continue to contribute Chinese peacekeeping force to maintaining peace and stability in the Abyei region.
