BEIRUT, Jan. 19 – The 24th Chinese Peacekeeping Contingent to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL)  carried out humanitarian assistance activities at the Red Cross in southern Lebanon on January 15, 2026, demonstrating China's commitment through concrete actions.

Since its deployment, the Chinese peacekeeping troops have conducted a variety of humanitarian assistance activities, providing support for the local communities within their capabilities and contributing China's strength to the maintenance of peace and stability in Lebanon.
