The newly commissioned Type 055 guided-missile destroyers Anqing (Hull 110) attached to the navy under the Chinese PLA Eastern Theater Command recently conducted combat training with Type 052D guided-missile destroyer Xigaze(Hull 159) in the designated sea areas.

The training focused on multiple subjects such as formation replenishment at sea, air defense, and anti-submarine warfare (ASW), aiming to enhance the troops' capability to perform diversified missions and boost the new warships' combat readiness.
