The newly commissioned Type 055 guided-missile destroyers Anqing (Hull 110) and Dongguan (Hull 109) recently formed a task group for the first time and sailed to a sea area to conduct live-fire training.

The training focused on air defense operations and close-range counterfire, effectively testing the vessels' combat effectiveness and the crew's tactical proficiency, and enhancing the task group's coordinated response capability.
