Peacekeepers' Day:

China is currently the largest contributor of troops to the United Nations Peacekeeping Operations among the five Permanent Members of the United Nations Security Council.

Standing between conflict and hope, the Chinese peacekeepers have been providing security, undertaking infrastructure construction and offering assistance to the conflict zones for decades.

Today on this International Day of UN Peacekeepers, let's honor all the peacekeepers past and present.
