BEIJING, Nov. 3 -- The 47th and 48th Chinese naval escort taskforces organized a escort mission handover and farewell ceremony. Afterwards, the 48th Chinese naval escort taskforce formally took over the escort missions from the 47th taskforce.

At the ceremony, the two taskforces hung the signal flags LBT ("Wishing you excellent performance") and LBS ("Wishing you a smooth journey") respectively to express respect and wishes.
