BEIJING, Nov. 18 -- In accordance with the relevant agreements and arrangements between the Chinese and Vietnamese militaries, the naval fleets from the two countries will conduct their 39th joint patrol in the Beibu Gulf from November 19 to 20, 2025, according to a written statement by China's Ministry of National Defense on Tuesday.

The joint patrol aims to further strengthen the practical cooperation between the two militaries and enhance their joint capabilities in safeguarding security in relevant sea areas.
