HONG KONG, July 2 -- A Chinese PLA naval task group comprising the guided-missile destroyer Nanning (Hull 162) and guided-missile frigate Hengyang (Hull 568) entered the waters of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on the morning of July 2, 2026.
The two vessels will be open for public visits at the Chinese PLA Hong Kong Garrison's naval base on Stonecutters Island.
