WAU, South Sudan, Aug. 21 -- The 16th Chinese Peacekeeping Horizontal Engineering Company to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) recently passed the special ammunition inspection conducted by an inspection team of the UNMISS.

The special ammunition inspection involved comprehensive and detailed checks of more than 20 items, including facilities at ammunition storage sites, ammunition storage conditions, and emergency response plans.

The Chinese peacekeeping engineering contingent passed the special ammunition inspection with high marks, demonstrating the high standard of regularized development of Chinese peacekeeping forces through rigorous and standardized management.
