YANGON, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- The 48th escort task group of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy has concluded its five-day goodwill visit to Myanmar and departed Yangon Port on Monday afternoon.

During the visit, officers and sailors of the task group visited a Myanmar navy training base. The two sides conducted professional exchanges, ship tours, and a reception on deck.

After leaving Yangon Port, the task group carried out joint exercises with the Myanmar navy covering communication coordination and other subjects.
