BEIJING, Nov. 20 -- The 61st International Military Sports Council (CISM) World Military Aeronautical Pentathlon Championship was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from November 6 to 13, 2025. More than 60 contestants from nine countries including China and Brazil participated in the competition.

Eight athletes from the Chinese PLA sports delegation competed in six events, including shooting, swimming, fencing, and basketball, and won two gold medals, two silver medals, and two bronze medals.
