BEIJING, Dec. 3 -- The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) held its 3rd annual meeting on flight safety recently in Qingdao City, east China's Shandong Province.

Under the theme of "human factors and safety", the annual meeting invited leading experts in relevant military and civilian industries to conduct discussions on the mechanism of human factors engineering, its development and application, and other subjects.

The annual meeting also organized the related units for reviews and exchanges to analyze underlying causes and crux, aiming to enhance the flight safety awareness of the whole military.
