On what is known as the world’s most dangerous 4.5 acres — the flight deck of an aircraft carrier — speed, precision, and teamwork determine every launch and landing. To meet the fast-paced, high-stakes demands, crew members wear color-coded jerseys and are collectively called the “rainbow crew.”

Each color plays a vital role, working together to send aircraft into the sky and bring them safely home — different colors, one mission.
