BEIJING, Jan. 4 -- Heavy equipment transporters attached to a unit under Chinese PLA Xinjiang Military Command recently participated in a driving evaluation on plateau area. 

Straight-route driving, reversing, T-shaped parking, nighttime driving, vehicle maintenance and other subjects were involved.

The evaluation examined the drivers' capabilities in driving and emergency response.
