BEIJING, Feb. 9 -- The 10th Singapore Airshow, a six day event, wrapped up at the Changi Exhibition Center on February 7, 2026. The Bayi Aerobatic Team of the Chinese PLA Air Force brought the airshow to a spectacular close with a stunning flying finale. Piloting six J-10 fighter jets, the team executed a series of precision aerial maneuvers.
During this Singapore Airshow, the Bayi Aerobatic Team conducted a total of five flight sorties, which included adaptive flight training, test flights, and the opening ceremony performance. These sorties were carried out together with aircraft from other countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, and India.
The team successfully executed a series of classic aerobatic maneuvers, such as the six-ship formation synchronized roll , the five-ship formation fly-past, the four-ship line-abreast formation fly-past, and the five-aircraft break, as the jets peeled away evenly from a single point to form a flower-like pattern in the sky.
This marked the Bayi Aerobatic Team's 13th flight performance abroad and its first public appearance in Singapore after being transitioned to the J-10C fighter jets.
