Soldiers assigned to the Chinese PLA Xizang Military Command recently carried out a drone transport and replenishment training exercise to test the stability of new equipment under complex environments characterised by steep gradients, extreme cold and high humidity.

The exercise fully tapped the potential of drones, which helped expand the troops' access to previously inaccessible terrains, such as cliffs and steep valleys.
