Army troops assigned to a brigade under the Chinese PLA Central Theater Command recently carried out a river-crossing operation support training exercise in the middle reaches of China's Yellow River. Focusing on such missions as combat support, emergency rescue, and disaster relief, the exercise enhanced the troops' capabilities to fulfill the missions.
