Hailed as the "Tip of the Spear" on the battlefield, reconnaissance soldiers serve as the vanguard force who are first to reach the battlefield, gather intelligence on enemy activities, and carry out operations. In recent days, reconnaissance soldiers assigned to different units under the Chinese PLA participated in high-intensity continuous assessments covering such subjects as covert infiltration and reconnaissance in enemy territory. The assessments comprehensively tested the combat capabilities of reconnaissance troops in reconnaissance, infiltration, and strike operations.
