Recently, a new batch of pilot cadets assigned to a brigade under the Chinese PLA Air Force Harbin Flight Academy successfully completed their maiden flight in the J-11B fighter jet.

The flight mission was not only a practical test of the pilot cadets' previous ground preparation, but also a multifaceted test of their physical and psychological resilience. It marked an important step for the cadets toward becoming qualified air combat personnel.
