A brigade assigned to the Chinese PLA 71st Group Army recently conducted day-and-night live-fire helicopter training at sea, honing its sustained attack capabilities through coordinated operations involving multiple types of helicopters and the employment of various types of munitions.

During the training, various types of helicopters selected appropriate onboard weapons to strike against different mock targets.

As night fell, the helicopter pilots rapidly searched, identified, locked onto and engaged the targets, with the help of onboard night-vision equipment and infrared targeting systems.
