An aviation brigade assigned to the Chinese PLA Army organized flight training for newly graduated pilots on multiple types of combat aircraft at an airfield on the northern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains.

The pilots trained in mixed teams, with experienced pilots mentoring newly graduated ones to help them quickly adapt to the combat-oriented training environment. Going forward, the troops will intensify targeted training and accelerate the transformation of newly graduated pilots from aviators into combat-ready personnel.
