BEIJING, Sept. 5 -- Typhoon Hinnamnor moved into the East China Sea on the night of September 3 and then gradually headed towards northeastern Zhejiang Province. Thousands of service members assigned to the Zhejiang Corps of the Chinese People’s Armed Police (PAP) Force got well prepared for typhoon rescue. An emergency response plan has been launched, with sufficient supplies like shovels, lifebuoys and flashlights, as well as rescue equipment including transport vehicles and assault boats, being collected to deal with the possible disasters caused by the typhoon.
