BEIJING April 25 -- During the past 10 years, China has achieved many breakthroughs in the development of its aircraft carriers, for examples, the takeoff and landing of J-15 fighter jets, formation training, aerial refueling at night, and operations along and beyond the so-called first island chain. The key to the rapid buildup of China’s aircraft carriers’ combat capability is the training of talents in an innovative way.
