BEIJING, July 4 -- Recently, for the first time, the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) released the naming rules of the military and civil aircraft product brands it manufactured. Eighteen series of aircraft products under eight categories, containing the fighter jet, bomber, transport aircraft, special mission aircraft, training aircraft, helicopter, general-purpose plane and unmanned aerial vehicle, are named based on the rules.
