VLADIVOSTOK, Aug. 26 -- The relay race of the "Seaborne Assault" competition under the International Army Games (IAG) 2021 kicked off in Russia at about 2:00 pm on August 23, local time. After more than six hours of fierce competition, Russia came out first, followed by China and Iran in second and third place.
Four countries – China, Russia, Venezuela and Iran – participated in this year’s “Seaborne Assault” competition. The result of drawing lots at the opening ceremony on August 22 put the Chinese and Venezuelan teams in the same group.
With all-out efforts of three crews, the Chinese team finished the course in 1 hour 37 minutes and 47 seconds. The relay race wrapped up at about 8:00 pm local time.
According to the plan, the following obstacle course and survival path of “Seaborne Assault” will be held on August 25 and 27 respectively.
