VIENTIANE, July 12 -- Recently, a delegation from the PLA Air Force Medical University arrived in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, and visited Lao Military Hospital 103.
The two sides exchanged views on the practical needs of the Lao side regarding the construction of the medical building, the use of medical equipment and personnel training.
The Chinese delegation also learned about ward admissions and surgeries of the hospital, evaluated the possibility of hospital informatization, and discussed the planning for future construction with the Lao side.
Lao Military Hospital 103 is a China-aided general hospital. In 2019, the comprehensive medical building assisted by the Chinese Ministry of National Defense was officially put into use.
