BEIJING, April 11 -- According to the annual exchange plan between the Chinese and Vietnamese militaries, the ninth China-Vietnam border defense friendship exchange activity will be held in relevant areas and ports of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Vietnam's Lang Son Province from April 11 to 17.
