BEIJING, April 25 -- The 18th round of China-India Corps Commander Level Meeting was held at Chushul-Moldo border meeting point on the Chinese side on April 23, 2023, according to a written statement released by China's Ministry of National Defense (MND) on Tuesday morning.
The two sides had a friendly and candid exchange of views on relevant issues. Under the guidance of the leaders of the two countries and based on the achievements of the meeting between the two foreign ministers, both sides agreed to maintain close contact and dialogue through military and diplomatic channels, speed up the settlement of relevant issues on the western section of the China-India boundary, and continue to safeguard the peace and tranquility in the border areas.
2023年4月23日，中印两军在莫尔多/楚舒勒会晤点中方一侧举行第十八轮军长级会谈。双方本着友好和坦诚的精神，就有关问题交换意见。在两国领导人共同指引下，根据两国外长会晤成果，双方同意通过军事和外交渠道保持密切沟通对话，加快解决中印边界西段有关问题，同时继续维护边境地区的和平与安宁。
