The drill, which was held under the scenario of the UN camp being assaulted by a large number of unidentified people, aimed to enhance the troops' capabilities of maintaining stability according to law.

"Service members undertaking international peacekeeping missions are confronted with real combat. We must stay on high alert at all times and put targeted precautions in place to ensure effective response to any possible contingencies and fulfillment of our peacekeeping missions," said a Chinese peacekeeper.
该步兵营维和官兵表示，国际维和面临的是真枪实弹，所以不能有一丝放松心理，做好针对性防范，确保能够有效应对各种突发事件，履行好维和使命。
