Recently, soldiers assigned to the Turpan Detachment under the Chinese People's Armed Police (PAP) Force Xinjiang Corps conducted an urban counterterrorism drill under real combat scenarios.
During the drill, the recon squad, sniper squad and assault squad worked closely in coordination and annihilated the "terrorists" hiding in an abandoned building.
The drill enhanced the troops' emergency response capability in complex environments.
