DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania, June 10 -- The Honghe (Hull 523), a guided-missile frigate attached to China's 47th naval escort taskforce, arrived at Tanzania's Port of Dar es Salaam on June 8, local time, for a five-day technical stop and replenishment.
The Tanzanian Navy honored the arrival of Chinese frigate Honghe with a welcome ceremony, including the water arch salute –– their highest naval courtesy. Following the ceremony, representatives of the welcoming crowd boarded the vessel for a tour.

官兵们分区列队向码头欢迎人群挥手致意，坦桑尼亚海军以过水门最高礼仪迎接红河舰。码头上，坦桑尼亚海军司令及军方代表，我驻坦桑尼亚大使及使馆工作人员、驻坦中资机构、当地华人华侨代表等人员挥舞两国国旗，欢迎红河舰的到来。仪式结束后，两国军地人员代表分批登舰参观，编队官兵为他们介绍了舰艇装备和相关知识。
