BEIJING, May 6 -- Delegates of the China Coast Guard (CCG) participated in the 19th Heads of Asian Coast Guard Agencies Meeting (HACGAM) Working Level Meeting via video link from May 3 to 5.
The event was hosted by the Turkish Coast Guard Command and attended by coast guard agencies from 21 countries and regions including Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, etc.
The attendees discussed topics such as further strengthening domestic and international law enforcement cooperation, carrying out exchanges and visits, and establishing more effective cooperation mechanisms, and also reached broad consensus, which is of great significance to promoting cooperation and mutual trust among all parties and maintaining regional maritime security and stability.
