BEIJING, Oct. 18 -- The 9th China-Australia defense coordination dialogue was held in Beijing on Thursday. The head of the CMC Office for International Military Cooperation from the Chinese side and the first Assistant Secretary International Policy, Department of Defense from the Australian side co-hosted the dialogue. The two sides exchanged frank and in-depth views on mil-to-mil relations, maritime and airspace security and international and regional security issues of common concerns, and held consultations on promoting pragmatic exchanges and cooperation between the two militaries.
