BEIJING, Feb. 20 -- Recently, the Boma Border Defense Company under a border defense regiment of the PLA Xinjiang Military Command, which is stationed at the Ili River Valley in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, organized a border management and control drill under severe cold conditions.
Early in the morning, the troops maneuvered rapidly to the target area. After arrival, they took advantage of the terrain features to conduct operations in an orderly manner.
