WAU, South Sudan, Jan. 31 -- The 14th batch of Chinese peacekeepers to South Sudan (Wau) recently organized a collaborative emergency drill for the engineers and medical detachments.
The commanding officer of the engineering company introduced that according to the UN mandated mission plan, the company would send multiple teams to undertake supply route repair tasks in different areas in the near future. And the collaborative emergency drill set up various scenarios based on contingencies that might occur in the mission area, aiming to strengthen the peacekeepers' emergency response awareness and capability to deal with unexpected situations.
